IT Infrastructure

The Foundation Everything Else Runs On

Your servers, network, and workstations are the backbone of your business. When they're set up right, you never think about them. When they're not, everything breaks at the worst possible time.

The Problem

Most Small Business IT Was Set Up Once and Never Touched Again

Someone set up your network five years ago. Maybe it was a friend who "knows computers." Maybe it was a vendor who installed equipment and disappeared. The result is the same: infrastructure that was never designed for how your business actually operates today.

What We Build

Infrastructure Designed for Your Business

We don't install equipment and leave. We design, deploy, document, and manage IT infrastructure that's sized for your operation, secured for your industry, and built to grow with your business.

Server Setup & Management

On-premise servers, cloud servers, or hybrid — designed for your workload. Proper RAID configuration, automated backups, monitoring, patch management, and documentation. We build it so anyone qualified can maintain it — you're never locked in to us.

Network Design & Installation

Wired and wireless networks engineered for performance, security, and coverage. Proper VLAN segmentation, QoS configuration for VoIP and video, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi with full-coverage site surveys. No more dead zones, no more congestion.

Workstation Deployment

Standardized workstation builds with proper security configurations, domain joining, software deployment, and user profiles. Whether it's 5 desktops or 50, every machine is configured consistently, documented, and managed centrally.

Cloud Migration

Moving from on-premise to cloud (or building a hybrid setup) without losing data, breaking workflows, or causing downtime. We handle the migration planning, data transfer, DNS configuration, email migration, and user transition — then train your team on the new environment.

Printer & Peripheral Management

Network printers, scanners, plotters, and specialized equipment properly configured, secured, and integrated with your workflow. Print management policies, secure printing for sensitive documents, and centralized driver management.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

3-2-1 backup strategy: three copies, two media types, one offsite. Automated backup scheduling, encrypted storage, and tested restore procedures. When disaster strikes — ransomware, hardware failure, fire, flood — you're back online in hours, not weeks.

Our Approach

How We Work

1.
Assess — Full audit of current infrastructure, network topology, security posture, and pain points
2.
Design — Architecture plan sized for your business with clear specs, costs, and timelines
3.
Deploy — Implementation with minimal disruption, usually during off-hours for critical changes
4.
Document — Complete documentation: topology maps, credentials, configurations, procedures
5.
Support — Ongoing management, monitoring, and rapid-response support
Common Questions

IT Infrastructure FAQ

Do we need an on-premise server or should we go cloud?

It depends on your workload, compliance requirements, and budget. Cloud is right for most email, file storage, and collaboration needs. On-premise makes sense for large file processing (CAD, video), compliance-sensitive data, or when internet reliability is a concern. Most businesses benefit from a hybrid approach. We'll assess your needs and recommend the right mix.

Can you work with our existing equipment?

Absolutely. We audit what you have, determine what's worth keeping, and integrate it into the new architecture. We don't recommend replacing equipment that's working well. If something needs upgrading, we'll explain exactly why and give you options at different price points.

How much downtime should we expect during implementation?

For most projects, zero downtime during business hours. We schedule major changes for evenings or weekends. For server migrations, we typically run old and new systems in parallel during a transition period. Your team should never come in Monday morning to find things broken.

What about ongoing support after setup?

We offer ongoing management contracts — monitoring, patch management, backup verification, and priority support. But we don't require them. Everything we build is documented so any qualified IT person can maintain it. You're never locked in.
