Civil Builders Engineering Services is a licensed civil engineering firm in Greensboro. Its owner is the firm. We built him a platform that does the office work of a department, and we built it with him, against his real projects.

  1. An address or a parcel number goes in.
  2. The zoning rules come back with the ordinance citations for that jurisdiction, not a summary of them.
  3. The buildable envelope is drawn, the quantities are taken off, a cost range and three scored layouts follow.
  4. A developer report and a plotted sheet come out, on his own title block, in minutes instead of an afternoon.

New leads become project rows, folders, and signed proposals without anyone typing them twice. Every number on every sheet is checked against the source before it is trusted. That is the standard the whole platform is held to.
