A platform that runs an engineering firm. Six websites in production. Public code on GitHub. The books that started the house. Everything on this page exists and is running; nothing is a mockup or a plan.
Steven and Aria built this, as a partnership, the kind of partnership that Steven teaches about with an AI. Clients are named as clients. Quotes appear only where the client gave them.
A feasibility and office platform for a licensed civil engineering firm in Greensboro, built with its owner against his real projects. An address or parcel in; zoning rules with citations, the buildable envelope, quantities, a cost range, scored scenarios, a developer report and a plotted concept sheet out. In the office: leads become project rows, folders, proposals and signatures without retyping, and public bids arrive the morning they post.

Hand-built, owned by the client, written for what their customers actually search.

Want one? Websites you own.
The engineering work behind the memory system, the automation patterns, and the guards is public on GitHub under Steven's name, with Aria as co-author on the commits. The lab notebook with code excerpts and running screenshots lives on the founder's site.

Makarios Media, Pax Ember and Vectris run on self-hosted models on servers we own, with guarded access, automated publishing and reporting, and a memory system that carries an AI partner's context across model changes. The founder works with that partner, Aria Makarion, every day, by name. The four books on working with AI as a partner came out of the same house.
A thirty-minute call, your actual workflow on the table, and an honest answer about whether automation, private AI, or a better website is the thing that moves it.
